We are hiring well organized and detail-oriented Construction Project Managers to join our growing team. In this position, you will oversee construction schedule, coordinate contractors, and manage the construction process.

Responsibilities include

  • Plan and oversee implementation of design for construction and renovation

  • Consult with clients and company representatives to direct project development

  • Perform staging and logistics planning

  • Coordinate, plan and manage in-house crew, vendors, and sub-contractors

  • Order and manage materials and equipment

  • Ensure project goals, budgets and deadlines are being met

  • Oversee and supervise all phases of construction process and provide reports on timeline, progress, and adjustments

  • Working with inspectors to ensure timely inspections

  • Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget

  • Ensure that required legal requirements, building and safety codes are complied with by all project staff and subcontractors

Requirements

  • Five years experience in construction management of multi-family buildings or in a similar position

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently

  • Ability to manage team of employees and multiple projects

  • Experienced in compiling and following strict budgets

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Accurate and precise attention to detail

  • Goal-oriented and organized leadership

  • In-depth understanding of the construction industry

  • Self-motivated and self-directed

  • Knowledge of local, state, and federal building code regulations

  • Able to build solid relationships with team members, vendors, and customers
